The 1,500 square foot renovation reconfigured and consolidated the existing dietary services area. Adjacent storage areas were encompassed to expand the inviting new cafeteria dining space. The diagonal patterning in the flooring leads visitors from the entrance and cashier station into the cafeteria seating area bordered by the serving line. High windows bring a wealth of daylight into the seating area.
