A new free-standing animal hospital building of 4,100 square feet of medical office space for relocation of a veterinary clinic from an existing outdated building on the property. Amenities include separate cat and dog waiting areas, five exam rooms including provisions for larger animals, an operating room, x-ray room, full lab, multiple kennel areas and an exterior dog run. Attention was paid to entry/exit by reactive pets and “low-stress” and “fear-free” design considerations.
