This 35,000 square foot renovation of three patient floors included patient room finishes, headwall replacement, and improved lighting. All corridors received new ceilings and lighting, new handrails, floor finishes and wall treatment. Common dayrooms, physical therapy gyms, and nurse stations were completely renovated along with patient kitchenettes and other support spaces. The project was constructed in multiple phases in order to maintain needed patient census during the entire project.
