This newly relocated outpatient facility consists of a tenant fit-out of 3,200 square feet within a single-story shopping plaza. An open gym area contains a range of physical therapy equipment. Curtained bays and hard-walled treatment rooms are in adjacent space. A discrete Speech and Hearing exam room is located to afford acoustical privacy, and a curtained area contains Occupational Therapy. A staff work area overlooks the open area and is adjacent to the reception and business office. Mechanical work included new distribution ductwork from existing and new air handling units.
