The freestanding residential building provides twelve condominium units close to the bustling, vivacious town center of Northampton. In keeping with the scale of the historic homes of the neighborhood, this three-story building was designed with a mansard roof line and trim details to enhance the residential image. The painted clapboard siding and dormers continue the historically referenced theme.
